1. Fabric Selection and Customization
- Fabric Choice: Customers can select from a range of fabrics available on https://manas.fashion/ for their custom-made garments.
- Measurement Submission: Customers are required to provide accurate measurements for their custom order. You may either:
- Choose a standard size (e.g., Small, Medium, Large) as per our size guide.
- Submit your full body measurements for a tailored fit.
2. Order Finalization and Processing
- Accurate Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details, including measurements and fabric choices, are submitted correctly at the time of order.
- No Changes After Order Processing: Once an order has been placed and processed, cancellations, design changes, or modifications to the order will not be accepted.
3. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
- Custom Orders Are Final: As each custom-tailored item is made specifically to your measurements and fabric choice, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be entertained once the order is processed or shipped.
- Please ensure all measurements and design details are accurate before confirming your order, as we cannot accommodate changes after the order has been placed.
4. Non-Refundable Custom Tailored Products
All custom-made apparel orders are non-refundable once production begins, and no exceptions will be made for any issues related to size or design, as these are based on customer-provided specifications.
