1. Customized Orders
- No Cancellation or Refund: Once a customized order has been processed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued. This is because customized items are made specifically to your design and preferences.
- If you have any concerns about your custom order before it is processed, please contact us immediately at info@manas.fashion.
2. Standard (Non-Custom) Orders
For non-customized retail apparel, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Return-to-Origin Costs: If you return an item, the refund will be processed after deducting the return-to-origin shipping costs.
3. Return Policy
- Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition (unused, unworn, and with all tags/packaging intact).
- To initiate a return, please email info@manas.fashion with your order details and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and these will be deducted from the final refund amount.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
