At ManasDotFashion, we are committed to providing high-quality apparel and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have different return and exchange policies for customized and standard (non-custom) orders. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. Customized Products
- No Exchange for Customized Products: Custom apparel is tailored to your specific design, size, and color choices. As such, no exchanges are permitted for customized items. Please ensure that all selections (including design, size and color) are made carefully before placing your order.
- Damage During Shipping: In the event that your customized product arrives damaged due to shipping, we may accept an exchange, subject to our review. You must notify us of any shipping-related damages within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic and video evidence and further details to process the exchange.
- No Returns for Customized Products: All sales of customized products are final. Returns will not be accepted for any customized items.
2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products
- Return Policy: Returns for standard (non-custom) items are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Exchange Policy: Exchanges for non-custom products will only be accepted in cases of size difference. If you need a different size, please initiate the exchange process within the 7-day return window.
- Quality Check: All returned products will undergo a quality check. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage that were not present at the time of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Return and Exchange Process
- Return-to-Origin Costs: For all returns, the return-to-origin shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The cost will be deducted from any applicable refund or must be covered by the customer in case of an exchange.
- Refunds for Returns: After the return is accepted, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
- Customized Apparel: Due to the personalized nature of customized apparel, returns or exchanges are not allowed unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.
- Retail Apparel: Non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@manas.fashion within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. It is mandatory to share the unboxing video on our WhatsApp Number : 7827311869. (In case of unavailability of video the claim is subject to rejection)
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- If you wish to return or exchange a product please login to your account and initiate the exchange in order details or please contact us at info@manas.fashion within the relevant timeframes and provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
